This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced ACCOUNT MANAGER / BUSINESS GUIDE / CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER with exceptional customer service skills. Previous experience in handling client accounts and dealing with business owners would be a distinct advantage and a candidate who has some knowledge of the residential lettings industry would be advantageous.
The purpose of this role is to guide and support customers through software implementation and operation; to deliver bespoke training and proactive account management.
You should be confident, articulate, well-spoken and enthusiastic as well as having a reasonable understanding of technology and computer operations.
The ideal candidate will come from a previous customer services environment and have experience as a client relationship manager or a track record of managing client relations.
