Business Development Manager - Midlands
Salary: £35,000 (OTE £50,000)
As a key member of the business development team you will be dedicated to our clients conveyancing brand! You will work to sign up new users within your designated sales area, and a key role will be to train, nurture and develop new accounts won.
Reporting directly to the National Sales Director you will be responsible for developing new relationships with prospective new users of our client's to ensure the company’s continual growth of market share, and overall influence on the UK conveyancing market.
Identify likely customers of our clients services which are likely to be estate agents or financial advisors
Understand the commercial nature of the product that we deliver, and match the requirements of the introducer with those of the company
Manage the expectations of the customer, and implement a plan to encourage as much business as possible
Train and assist introducer’s staff to use the full range of our client facing and introducer facing facilities
Constructively work with our conveyancing teams to resolve any day to day issues
Maintain a continuous log of activity
Skills and Knowledge ESSENTIAL to be considered for this role:
Previous experience in a business development role with a professional services business
Be able to demonstrate knowledge of the property market and the players within it.
Strong data interpretation skills
Accurate with excellent attention to detail
Excellent communications skills – confidence in dealing with individuals of various seniority levels
