This role is for a boutique estate agency in a beautiful part of London close to Regents Park. It would suit someone with experience of working in a small estate agency who wants to work in a front office, busy, clients coming and going and with hands on experience of the tasks outlined below.
Create renewals and chase weekly . Create instructions details brochures and list onto portals
Check list on new Deals – complete Deal file
Gas safety and Electrical tests
Administer Price reductions
Staff holiday/ time sheet
Ensure TOB’S are signed
Keep filing under control
Daily price reductions
Register with my deposits.
Support MD with corporate business/meetings
Dilapidations and return of deposits.
Inventories check in/out
Scan documents into Jupix
Photographs (editing and uploading)
In other words all the things you would expect to be doing at a busy well run estate agency.
The successful candidate will have great organisational skills, be a problem solver when needed and want to give a great impression to everyone they deal with both colleagues and the public. Excellent spoken and written English are essential.
